Director QEC
KSBL is looking to hire motivated individuals for the position of Director QEC to ensure that the quality assurance process of the QAA-HEC is carried out properly and get the Self-assessment Reports of the programs processed through the program teams, invite the Assessment Team for review of the SARs, and complete the process of preparing the implementation plan.
Major Job Duties:
- Prepare the self-assessment report for the external quality assurance models, including the QAA-HEC models, Charter Inspection and Evaluation Committee (CIEC), and others.
- Work with the academic departments to prepare for the HEC review of the postgraduate programs, submit the self-assessment reports, and host the review visits.
- Work with the academic departments for national and international accreditation and host the accreditation bodies’ visits.
- Undertake the academic audit of and compliance-based gap analysis of the academic programs.
- Collect and analyze student feedback, faculty feedback, and employers’ feedback on the HEC prescribed proforma as a part of the quality assurance process.
- Make arrangements for hosting external quality assurance bodies, including HEC, CIEC, and accreditation bodies.
- Prepare quarterly progress reports on the activities of the QECs and submit them to the HEC.
- Liaise with the external quality assurance bodies and remain updated about the latest standards.
- Attend the QAA meetings as convened.
Qualification and Experience:
- 6-7 Years of Experience in a similar role
- Minimum 16 years of Education
