Program Rationale

Successful leaders position organizations to endure future uncertainties and exploit flux to their advantage. Senior leaders are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and responding to uncertainty in an industry, and in the broader environment. Due to increasing interlinkages in the global economy, rapid technological flux, demographic and social changes, and therefore an increasing role of public policy in shaping industry structures, senior leaders must scan the operating environment for risks and opportunities. Moreover, they must develop multiple future worldviews, and core and contingent strategies under each worldview. As the industry landscape evolves, a leader can apply strategies applicable to the most relevant worldview.

Leaders need solid data analysis for sound decision-making under uncertainty and complexity. They also need to drive performance through leadership and team-building.


The proposed 3 day programme aims to enhance the management and leadership skills of business / function level managers in organisations. The program will focus on managing risk and uncertainty in strategic thinking, evidence based decision making, and leadership for driving future performance.

Discount Options:

  10% discount for each additional participant (after the first) from the same organization.
  10% discount for any individual enrolling in more than two programs during the applicable year. This is regardless of whether the person applies in an individual capacity or is nominated by an organization.
