HBS case refers to GBSN’s successful advisory role in the creation of KSBL

“A visionary industrialist from Pakistan approached GBSN about developing a business school in Karachi, the Karachi School for Business and Leadership (KSBL), and we were very happy to guide him in his endeavors,” Guy Pfeffermann (CEO GBSN) commented about one of GBSN’s recent project. This was the first time that GBSN had taken on an advisory role. Recognizing that by virtue of the network they had access to many management experts, the team saw an advisory role as a natural role for GBSN. Based on the success of advising the creation of KSBL, GBSN is currently working with the Institute of Business Administration to strengthen its ability to compete in the growing Pakistani market, as well as in the Gulf area. GBSN has started to explore the possibility of working in an advisory capacity in other regions as well.
