The Hubco Power Company visited KSBL to conduct its Recruitment Drive for its Management Trainee (MT) & Summer Internship Programs (SIP). The team representatives from different departments explained students about the company and its multiple operational areas.
The team initiated the session by conveying participants about overview on HUBCO’s values and culture. While shedding light on the diverse culture of firm they shared that the company’s code of conduct is based on the principles of POWER (Passion, Ownership, Winning, Enjoyment, and Renewal). They also discussed multiple indoor and outdoor games, problem solving and decision making activities for team building and the CSR activities, conducted under the umbrella of the company.
Commenting on the recruitment mechanism of company’s MT Program and SIP program they told that besides online aptitude test, a panel interview of shortlisted candidates is also conducted with senior executives. In addition to this, they discussed that this 18 months program focuses on in-depth leaning and capacity building of selected participants to help them land into leadership roles in their future career growth.
Towards the end of session, the HUBCO team answered questions of participants.
