KSBL Executive Education Programme on Negotiation Skills

KSBL Executive Education Programme “Negotiation Skills” was conducted on June 1 – 2, 2016 at the KSBL campus by Dr Abdul Karim Khan, Visiting Faculty, KSBL and Assistant Professor Organisational Behaviour, United Arab Emirates University, UAE. The programme was attended by professionals from various industries including automobile, banking, chemicals and education.

The two day interactive programme provided the audience a holistic approach to negotiation, moving progressively from an introduction of negotiation analysis to more complex types of negotiations. The resulting tools and techniques offered a systematic and effective approach to negotiations, and increased the understanding and use of proven strategies to achieve superior negotiated outcomes. More broadly, the programme aimed to minimise reliance on gut feeling, and look at negotiations as more of a science than an art.
