#KSBL organized the second round of Competency Based Assessment session for students to gauge their competencies through situation-based scenarios provided to them. This was a Leaderless Group Discussion in which participants were assessed by evaluators from high profile organizations of Pakistan like Shell, ICI, Meezan Bank, IBM, Midas Safety, Mondelez, Al Baraka, Colgate Palmolive, Midas Safety, Khazanay.
The students were given a management issue in the form of simulation to solve, which they had to act on in front of the panel of assessors. By the end of exercise, assessors gave their feedback on the basis of which students were given scores for progressive results. Their valuable evaluation will improve the level of performance of students as professionals and they will be able to handle situations that elevate anxiety, in real time assessment centres.

Saad (Shell), Noman Jawaid (ICI) , Saif Siddiqui (Meezan Bank), Wasif Ejaz (IBM), Maria Arif (KSBL), Shona Iram (KSBL), Adnan Hanif (KSBL), Aisha Saleem (IBM), Narmeen (Midas Safety), Zubair Sikander (Mondelez), Mudassir Soomro (Al Baraka), Subia Farooqui (Colgate Palmolive), Wardah Nadeem (Midas Safety), Usman Saleem (Khazanay), Imtiaz Moorani (KSBL), Maham Haseeb (Abu Dawood), Hiba Khan (KSBL), Fizza Khan (KSBL).
The invigorating sessions ended on a positive note and response of the participants and the assessors was overwhelming. The overall activity offered a learning experience to the students.
