Mr. Hussain Dawood, Chairman KSBL, spoke to the inaugural MBA class in an exclusive session. In response to a question from a student, he shared his view about happiness which he found to be a result of being as consistent in life as possible. He mentioned that this consistency came from adopting a mechanism whose foundation was grounded in ethics and integrity. Towards the end of the session he reiterated that the KSBL MBA would be a transformational experience for the students.
Ms. Mehreen R. Hussain, Associate Dean Executive Education, gave an overview of KSBL’s Exec Ed programme which started in 2010. Since then, a number of senior and middle management executives have benefited from these programmes taught by world-renowned faculty including Cambridge.
KSBL was established because its Board of Directors believed that in order to progress as a nation, Pakistan needs intelligent and socially responsible leaders, equipped with cutting-edge management skills, who could work in diverse areas and develop creative solutions to resolve challenges, by utilizing available resources to make Pakistan a progressive and successful nation.
