The KSBL Career Service Office organized a Mock Interview Marathon for the MBA Class of 2015, during the months of February and March. The objective of this initiative was to polish our graduates’ ability to prepare for an interview, effectively master the interview process and leave a lasting impression on a potential employer.
Resumes of students were shared with HR professionals and on-campus interviews were conducted on a fortnightly basis. The candidates were assessed through a standard evaluation form developed by our Career Services team and the feedback from each mock interview stage was shared and discussed to enable the students to improve for the next phase.
The participating organizations included: National Foods Ltd., ENI Pakistan, HUBCO, Maersk Line, Zong, Ufone, E2E Supply Chain Management, United Energy Pakistan, Meezan Bank Ltd., Engro Polymer & Chemicals, United Bank Ltd., ICI Pakistan, Philips Electrical Industries Ltd., Engro Foods Ltd., Lucky Cement Ltd., AC Nielson, Tripack Films and Engro Fertilizer ltd.
This was a valuable learning opportunity for soon-to-be KSBL graduates and we are overwhelmed by the support and involvement of personnel from all the above organizations. We truly believe that such industry-academia collaborations can bridge many gaps and contribute to greater learning and grooming of our future leaders.
