The talent acquisition team, led by Sarah Azhar Butt (Asst. Manager Corporate Recruitment) from Nestle Pakistan visited KSBL to meet with our MBA students.
It was a combined program: launching the Nestle case-study competition for university students and also introducing Nestle as a potential employer – for students interesting in pursuing the management trainee program after graduation.
The Nestle case-study competition is piloting in Karachi this year, and KSBL is one of four participating schools – along with IBA, IoBM, Szabist. One shortlisted team from each school will proceed to the local final and compete against the other representing teams. Among other things, the winning team members will have the added advantage of gaining an internship, or being skipped-up to the last stage of the management trainee selection process, at Nestle.
Students were led through the regulations and registration process for the competition. They were also briefed on the Nestle vision, global reach, values, employability benefits, important application dates and what they look for in applicants as an employer.
