Unilever conducted an informative session at KSBL regarding its upcoming Talent Hunt Competition. In this session they briefed students about campaign ideas Unilever Talent Hunt.
Initially the team briefed candidates that for this competition they will have to think out of the box and come up with distinct ideas that are unique and have never been implemented before. In the view of previous campaigns, participants were also explained about the brand positioning, price value and market segmentation; that will be conducive in creating ideas.
This competition is carried out to identify talented students from leading universities of Pakistan and to give them a chance to showcase their strategic business acumen on an international level. The objective behind UTH is to broaden exposure and give confidence students. The competition will not just give chance to students to work with Pakistan’s largest brands but will also offer a learning experience to work with prominent brand managers of Unilever, on a global platform.
Furthermore, they elaborated that winning team of the Unilever Talent Hunt program will also get an opportunity to enter into Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP) or Unilever Internship Program’s (ULIP).
