Scope:
Karachi School of Business & Leadership (KSBL) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Multimedia Design to support the marketing and communications department by creating engaging visual and multimedia content, including graphic designs, videos, and digital assets, to support the organization’s branding, marketing, and communication objectives.

Job Specification

• Design creative graphics for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, presentations, certificates, and promotional materials.
• Create and edit high-quality multimedia, including trimming, transitions, subtitles, and audio enhancement.
• Develop digital content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other online communication channels.
• Produce motion graphics, animations, and multimedia elements to enhance visual communication and audience engagement.
• Maintain and organize multimedia assets, templates, brand guidelines, and project files while ensuring quality control and consistency across all materials.
• Advise the head of department on current design trends, multimedia technologies, and software to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of creative outputs.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in media studies, marketing or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing, media, or advertisement role.
