Scope:

Karachi School of Business & Leadership (KSBL) is looking to hire a qualified, passionate, and dynamic individual for the newly established Office of Student Experience and Leadership Formation (SELF). The individual shall be responsible for creating and managing a single, reliable space where students (Graduate and Undergraduate) can turn for both academic and non-academic matters, with a focus on character-driven leadership.

Job Specifications:

• Build and lead the SELF department as KSBL’s “one-stop solution” for student needs
• Oversee all key student-facing areas, including student services, financial support, scholarships, and fee-related matters.
• Oversee career services to support students in securing internships and job placements.
• Develop and lead alumni engagement initiatives, fostering lifelong connections with KSBL graduates.
• Ensure scholarship and financial support processes are fair, transparent, and accessible.
• Promote initiatives that build confidence, teamwork, ethical thinking, and social responsibility with a clear focus on character-driven leadership.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, education, or a related field. A master’s degree shall be preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in higher education or service-driven environments.
• Experience managing multiple student-facing or service functions.
• Proven track record of improving customer or student experience.
