Muhammad Saad Yusufi (Commercial Finance Lead at Mondelez) held a session with our MBA and Executive MBA students. The topic of his session was Managing Profitability in the FMCG Landscape.
He discussed pertinent aspects of the topic such as the importance of revenue management in the FMCG business, top trends in revenue growth management for FMCG and Challenges faced by FMCG companies in Pakistan in terms of business landscape and covid’19.
