Career Connect 2026
Karachi, 14th February, 2026. The Karachi School of Business and Leadership (KSBL) hosted Career Connect 2026 at its campus, bringing together more than 50 leading organizations and over 500 students and alumni from across its programs in what stands as one of the largest and most impactful editions of the annual career fair to date.
Participating organizations represented a broad cross-section of Pakistan’s economy, spanning Banking and Financial Services, FMCG, Healthcare, Energy, Technology, Education, Manufacturing, Development, and Consulting. Among those present were Indus Hospital & Health Network, Meezan Bank, Engro Corp, State Bank of Pakistan, Faysal Bank Limited, Bank AL Habib, easypaisa digital bank, The Aga Khan University, Oxford University Press Pakistan, WWF-Pakistan, The Dawood Foundation, Ismail Industries Limited, Continental Biscuits Limited, Dalda Foods, Artistic Denim Mills, Siddiqsons Limited, Habitt, TPL Insurance, Tafsol Technologies, and Emergen, among many others. The presence of such a diverse and distinguished group of employers created a robust platform for students to explore internships, management trainee programs, and full-time opportunities across 9 industries.
What distinguished the event was not only its scale, but the evident preparedness of KSBL students. A structured pre-event initiative, Roadmap to Career Connect, laid the groundwork well in advance, bringing students through resume-building workshops, mock interview clinics, employer engagement sessions, and career counseling touchpoints.
Dr. Ahmad Junaid, Rector & Dean, noted that Career Connect is not merely a recruitment event but a demonstration of the trust that industry places in KSBL’s approach to developing professionals whose values endure beyond any role or title.
