KSBL invites applications for Associate Professor and Professor positions in Management & Entrepreneurship.

Job Specifications:
• Deliver high-quality teaching in Management, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Leadership, Innovation, and related areas.
• Supervise student projects and mentor future business leaders.
• Contribute to OBE-based curriculum development.
• Maintain active research and scholarly engagement.
• Support departmental and institutional strategic initiatives.

Qualification:
• PhD in Management, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, or related discipline.
• Strong teaching and research record.
• Industry/startup/consulting experience preferred.
