From Classroom to Championship: KSBL Orientation Brings Students Together on Mela Day
Day 2 of KSBL Orientation Week 2026 brought students together for a day centered on learning, alumni engagement and community-building. The day began with the session “From Classroom to Championship: KSBL at the CFA Research Challenge,” highlighting the journey from academic learning to competitive excellence. Students then engaged with KSBL alumni before taking part in Mela activities across the courtyard and cafeteria. The afternoon featured a range of games and activities, including snooker, table tennis, badminton, foosball, arm wrestling, tug of war, archery and pot painting. The day concluded with the balloting of participants’ passports for a lucky draw. Through a mix of academic inspiration, alumni interaction and informal campus experiences, Mela Day created opportunities for students to connect beyond the classroom.
