KSBL and Ismail Global Sign MoU to Advance Executive Education and Leadership Development
Karachi School of Business & Leadership (KSBL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ismail Global at its campus, marking a step towards strengthening collaboration in executive education and leadership development in Pakistan. The agreement was signed by Prof. Dr. Asghar Zaidi, Rector, KSBL, and a representative of Ismail Global.
The collaboration brings together KSBL’s commitment to developing character and professional competence with the executive learning opportunities offered through Future Leaders Hub, an initiative of Ismail Global Pakistan. It connects international expertise with Pakistan’s business context, supporting leaders in addressing organisational challenges and driving meaningful enterprise impact.
A key initiative associated with this collaboration is ALPHA 2.0, the Advanced Leadership Programme for High Achievers. Offered through a collaboration between Future Leaders Hub and INSEAD, with KSBL as co-host, the five-day programme is scheduled for 26–30 October 2026 at KSBL in Karachi.
Designed for C-suite executives, senior leaders, and experienced entrepreneurs, ALPHA 2.0 explores team performance, AI-driven enterprise transformation, personal leadership, strategic execution, and resilience. The programme features face-to-face learning led by INSEAD faculty, alongside opportunities for peer engagement and practical application.
The MoU reflects KSBL’s continued commitment to building industry partnerships that strengthen professional learning and connect global knowledge with local needs. Through this collaboration, KSBL aims to contribute to the development of leaders equipped to guide their organisations with competence, responsibility, and a broader understanding of their impact.
