Mr. Junaid Asrar Khan, Head of Talent Sustainability at Fatima Group recently delivered a lecture on ‘Perception: Critical for Leading Change’. He spoke about change management and the perception building around it with the students of MBA & Executive MBA.
Junaid talked about the changing nature of work practices in COVID19 times and the importance of building perceptions for successfully leading change. He gave pro-tips to students for perception management with stakeholders at the start of professional career The session concluded with an interactive Q&A round.
