Global Recognition: KSBL’s Sikander Bizenjo Selected for the Prestigious International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) by the U.S. Department of State
Karachi, July 10, 2026 – The Karachi School of Business & Leadership (KSBL) is incredibly proud to announce that our colleague, Mr. Sikander Bizenjo, has been selected by the U.S. Department of State as a principal candidate for the highly esteemed 2026 International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). Mr. Bizenjo is scheduled to depart for the United States tonight to embark on this premier professional exchange.
The IVLP is widely recognized as the U.S. Department of State’s flagship professional exchange initiative. With a highly competitive selection process, participants cannot apply independently; rather, they are nominated directly by U.S. Embassies worldwide, with only a select few chosen from each country annually.
A Recognition of Impactful Leadership
Sikander’s selection for this global cohort is a direct acknowledgment of his outstanding contributions and leadership across key professional and social sectors:
- Non-Profit Sector Excellence: The fellowship honors his impactful leadership within the non-profit sector in Balochistan, where he has long driven sustainable social initiatives.
- Global Economic Engagement: The nomination also highlights his active engagement on behalf of the ENGRO/KSBL partnership with the World Economic Forum (WEF).
Bridging International Dialogue
During the rigorous three-week program, Sikander will travel across several major cities in the United States. The journey will serve as a platform for high-level intellectual and professional exchange, allowing him to meet and collaborate with U.S. government officials, leading academics, and prominent industry pioneers. These interactions are geared toward sharing global best practices and bringing valuable, scalable insights back to Pakistan’s corporate and social ecosystems.
