Aimen is an ACCA Fellow and holds a Master’s degree in Management from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies at Montpellier Business School, France in sustainability.
She brings over eight years of professional experience in accounting and finance, having worked with globally recognized organizations such as PwC and Unilever Pakistan Limited. Since transitioning into academia in 2018, she has been engaged in teaching at IBA, and joined Karachi School of Business & Leadership (KSBL) in 2024, delivering courses in accounting, auditing, and taxation, and fostering strong analytical and practical competencies among undergraduate students.
Her research focuses on sustainable development, with a particular emphasis on the textile industry in Pakistan. In addition to her academic role, she also works as a sustainability consultant in the textile sector, where she collaborates with local suppliers and manufacturers as well as international brands. Her work is centered on advancing responsible business practices and promoting sustainability across supply chains.
