Client Partner, Executive Education (Permanent – Karachi, Pakistan)
Scope:
The Client Partner is responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and acting as a trusted advisor between clients and internal teams.
Job Specifications:
- Build, develop, and lead day-to-day relationships with clients and stakeholders, looking for short- and long-term opportunities to meet revenue delivery targets.
- Oversee and manage all program logistics.
- Lead renewals and growth of portfolio by regularly attending sales meetings with Head of Executive Education and Rector.
- Liaise with relevant departments to proactively search for new revenue and engagement opportunities.
- Lead client contract/agreement negotiations and renewals.
- Leverage the KSBL brand and incorporates appropriate channels (e.g., flyers, email newsletters, social media).
- Ensure compliance with KSBL’s commercial and financial management procedures
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- 5–8 years of experience in client management, account management, or business development.
- Proven experience handling key or enterprise clients.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset
