Financial Analyst
KSBL is looking to hire dynamic individual for the position of Financial Analyst for its Finance Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of strategic financial plans and budgets. Conduct thorough
- forecasting and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess various scenarios and outcomes.
- Generate and present comprehensive financial reports to management, providing
- insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Analyse costs and revenue streams to identify opportunities for increased profitability.
- Monitor and manage expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints and
- organizational objectives.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to review and enhance cross-functional
- processes, including providing assistance in ERP implementation and finance
- module optimization.
Requirements:
- A-level
- Graduate (Accounting & Finance)/ Qualified ACCA / CA Finalist
- 3-4 years of proven working experience as an FP&A resource, demonstrating
- proficiency in financial planning and analysis.
- Exceptionally proficient in MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI,
- and other relevant tools.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Tech-savvy with a knack for leveraging technology in financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial
- information effectively.
