Role Overview:

The Leadership & Strategy Development Expert will design, develop, and deliver transformational leadership and capacity-building programmes for KSBL Executive Education’s corporate clients. The role requires expertise in diagnosing organisational capability needs, applying instructional design frameworks, and measuring learning impact from participant experience through to business outcomes.

Job Specifications:

• Design and deliver competency-driven leadership and strategy development programmes
  • Conduct needs assessments through focus groups, surveys, and behavioural diagnostics
  • Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, backward design) to build learning journeys
  • Facilitate executive education workshops for senior professionals and corporate teams
  • Measure programme effectiveness and business impact using structured evaluation frameworks
  • Advise C-suite executives and L&D leaders on capability development strategies
  • Build customised leadership interventions aligned with organisational priorities
  • Support KSBL Executive Education in strengthening its corporate learning portfolio

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Organisational Behaviour, HR, or related field
  • PhD / DBA will be considered an added advantage
  • Certification in instructional design, coaching, or leadership development will be preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 5 –10 years of experience in leadership development, behavioural learning, or corporate training
  • Proven expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
  • Consultancy or advisory experience with corporate clients will be a strong advantage
  • Prior experience in executive education, leadership consulting, or capability development preferred
