Assist. Manager Administration
Karachi School of Business and Leadership is looking for enthusiastic professionals for the role of Assistant Manager, Administration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, negotiate, lease, and refurbish/renovate work on properties, KSBL campus operations, and always ensuring, all type of utility provisions and alternatives including generators, landscaping & maintenance of plants and all office equipment as per corporate standards, ensuring compliance within budget, schedule, and specification.
- Assist Manager Administration in internal and external logistics of KSBL.
- Perform financial tasks such as estimating costs, and preparing and managing budgets plan administering, and controlling budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies in supervision of Manager Administration.
- Responsible for comprehensive safety & security arrangements in accordance with the KSBL’s Safety and Security standards. Monitor security cameras and access cards and coordinate on HSE. Also, take proactive measures to reduce security risks.
- Assist in managing the cafeteria through the assigned party.
- Procure general items including stationery at competitive cost.
- Overseeing and managing efficiently all events taking place at the campus.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a well reputed university
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role
- Should have good communication skills
- Should have good planning and organizing skills
