Manager Career Services
KSBL is looking to hire an enthusiastic individual for the position of Manager Career Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide, develop, and maintain effective development programs for students.
- Encapsulate student development journey by planning interventions including but not limited to Personality Assessments, Grooming Sessions, Workshops, Counselling Clinics, Mentorship Programs, DEC Sessions, Employability Sessions, Resume Writing, Mock Interviews and Assessments, Networking events, etc.
- Focus on Experiential Learning by facilitating students with Internships, Cooperative Education Experience/Project Internships, Mentorships, Executive in Residence engagements etc.
- Facilitate students with placements and be responsible for inviting employers to conduct recruitment drives, information sessions etc.
- Work on building sustainable relationships with prospect employers to understand the needs of market through surveys etc. for a more target-based approach for students’ development in terms of competencies and skills and ensure a job bank is maintained throughout the year.
- Counsel students with their career aspirations and help them achieve their goals
Requirements:
- At least Bachelors/Masters from a well reputed institute
- Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably in headhunting, or university career services experience.
- Exceptional communication and people management skills
