Scope:

KSBL is looking to hire full-time Teaching Assistant in the area of Business Analytics.

The job will be contractual for a span of 6 months. The contract can be extended if the performance is found satisfactory.

Job Specifications:

• Maintain the course pack and upload course materials, announcements, and grades on the LMS.
• Assist faculty with lecture delivery and support classroom and online learning activities.
• Maintain attendance records and monitor student participation.
• Grade assignments, quizzes, projects, and presentations, and provide timely feedback.
• Coordinate assessment preparation, assignment submissions, and maintain academic records.
• Hold office hours and respond to student queries through the LMS and other communication channels.
• Communicate course updates and ensure compliance with academic policies, deadlines, and assessment procedures.
• Report student attendance, performance, and academic concerns to the instructor and Student Services.
• The Teaching Assistant shall be required to perform any academic or administrative duties, including support for departmental activities, events, examinations, and accreditation visits, as assigned by the instructor, Program Office, or department, as part of their role.

Requirements:

1. At least 16 years of education in Computer Sciences.
2. Strong competencies in programming.
3. Strong inter-personal communication skills.
