Scope:

KSBL is looking to hire full-time Teaching Assistants in the areas of Marketing, FinTech, Supply Chain Management, Strategy, and Business Fundamentals.

The job will be contractual for a span of 6 months. The contract can be extended if the performance is found satisfactory.

Job Specifications:

1. Classroom Assistance.
2. Grading and Assessment.
3. LMS Course Management.
4. Tutorials.
5. Student Support.

Requirements:

1. At least 16 years of education in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3. Strong academic knowledge and subject expertise in one or more of the following areas: Marketing, FinTech, Supply Chain Management, Strategy, and Business Fundamentals.
4. Ability to manage project priorities and deadlines.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
