Since then, he has worked with hundreds of MNCs and local organizations across diverse sectors including energy, petroleum, automotive, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, telecom, and agriculture.
With a deep belief in the limitless potential of human beings, Asif is committed to personal and professional growth, both his own and that of others. His academic background includes a business degree and graduate studies in supply chain management and philosophy. He is a certified trainer and sales academy leader, trained in ICF coaching methodology, public speaking, and the 5 Chairs method.
Over the years, Asif has trained thousands of individuals, from factory workers to C-suite executives, while also coaching managers and mentoring facilitators.
