With a bachelors in electrical engineering (Pakistan), masters in computer science (USA) and a PhD in information sciences & engineering (Australia), Dr Asim Khwaja brings forward the experience of researcher, educator and industry professional - across three continents, and over two decades - USA, Pakistan, and Australia; near 15 years of which, in the facilitation and delivery of classroom instruction and training and 5+ years in the execution of software delivery at Intel (US), and Verizon Data Services (USA).
Dr Khwaja's research interests are devoted to the intersection of computer science and human biology - the nexus of machine learning, computer vision, and image processing on one hand, and neuroscience, psychology, and personal development on the other.
Dr Khwaja is a dedicated educationist with interest in all the educational levels from K-12 to all the way up. He has experimented with different learning strategies and have spoken on different issues related to early education. He with the help of his wife has home-schooled all his kids and strongly believes in bringing a change in current educational system.
Dr Khwaja has also contributed to social and community work among diverse groups of people in Pakistan, USA, and Australia in the past 18 years. He has delivered lectures worldwide on topics of religion, science, psychology, sociology, and ethics.
