Dr. Mehmood Khan

Dr. Mehmood Khan is a Professor of Operations, Supply Chain and Quality Management. He has taught for more than 20 years in leading university in Canada, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. He has also served as a development engineer at Dawood Yamaha Limited Pakistan.

He has more than two decades of teaching experience at leading universities in Canada, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates. This involves teaching in-person, hybrid and online courses to both graduate and undergraduate classes. This rich experience has provided him with excellent opportunities for teaching a variety of courses to a diverse audience throughout his career in ABET-accredited engineering and AACSB-accredited business schools.

He has worked as a Development Engineer at an assembly plant of Dawood Yamaha Limited in Pakistan. Besides, he has worked with various industrial units in United Arab Emirates for his research on empirical business models. He has recently worked on a project with healthcare units in Abu Dhabi to explore antecedents of social sustainability. Moreover, he has offered training programs to professionals from armed forces, tourism authority and ministry of health in the UAE.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, MS in Industrial Systems Engineering and a PhD in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
